Together for the community: Heilbronn works council donates income from social fund

It has now become a tradition: at the end of the year, the works council at LÄPPLE's Heilbronn site donates the proceeds from the social fund of the LÄPPLE AUTOMOTIVE and LÄPPLE Dienstleistungsgesellschaft workforce to charitable causes.

All income generated by internal sales, private withdrawals, and similar activities at the works council flows into the social fund. A total of €2,400 was collected in 2023.

The works council's donations benefit both long-term commitments and various institutions in the Heilbronn region. The focus here is particularly on organizations that support children and people with special needs.

Among the supported institutions are "Herzkinder Unterland",an organization that helps children with heart disease and their families, and the "Autana Stiftung", which promotes the integration of people with disabilities into society. Support was also provided to "Lebenswerkstatt für Menschen mit Behinderung e.V.", which enables people with disabilities to participate in the workforce, among other things, and to "Kindersolbad Bad Friedrichshall", which is committed to helping children in difficult life situations.

In addition to regional support, the works council also continues its international commitment with its sponsored child Virginia. Virginia has been supported by donations from the works council since the end of 2014. She lives in an SOS Kinderdorf in Panama.

This broad support clearly demonstrates the commitment of the LÄPPLE AUTOMOTIVE works council to social responsibility. The donations help to provide effective assistance to people in difficult life situations.
