We manufacture assembly components for the automotive industry in all sizes and degrees of complexity on our automated body-in-white systems - some of which are equipped with over 100 robots.

We offer scalable manufacturing solutions and cover a wide range of parts - from simple reinforcement elements to complex assemblies for small and large series.

We process a wide range of materials: steel and aluminum, high-performance plastics, hydroformed hydroformed parts, extruded profiles, carbon (CFRP), magnesium as well as hot-formed and die-cast parts are used as required.

State-of-the-art joining techniques such as laser and resistance welding or bonding processes ensure maximum strength and durability.

Thanks to cycle time-optimized processes, agile structures and sustainable process optimization, we manufacture precisely and resource-efficiently with our strong team.

Hang-on parts are removable outer skin parts that are “attached” to the body structure in their fully assembled state – these include doors, rear and front flaps, and fenders. Thanks to our manufacturing expertise, we guarantee consistently tight tolerances and flawless surfaces – optionally including surface finishing and painting.

The chassis assembly refers to all load-bearing elements of the vehicle chassis — from the vehicle platform to the front and rear sections to the main floor — which are firmly bolted or welded to the body structure and serve as a stable base for the entire upper structure. Using high-precision joining processes and digital process monitoring, our team ensures that the parts meet the highest standards of rigidity and quality.

Structural components are load-bearing body parts such as A-, B- and C-pillars, crossmembers, front wall, inner side panel, as well as roof and cowl frames.
