Thanks to our modern cutting equipment, we are able to cut circuit board blanks for each project individually and precisely to the desired dimensions. This enables us to guarantee maximum flexibility and quality—right here in our own facility.  We are also happy to offer circuit blank cutting as a standalone service.

Transfer presses

Transfer presses

LÄPPLE Automotive uses three transfer presses with a maximum pressing force of 2,500 tons – equipped with state-of-the-art servo direct technology.

Thanks to the fully integrated forming process, in which all processing steps take place in a closed cycle, we benefit from reduced setup times and a smooth workflow. This enables us to guarantee high quantities and consistent quality.

Press lines

With six state-of-the-art press lines and several individual presses, we offer maximum flexibility in sheet metal forming. Our machinery enables up to six consecutive operations in an automated process.

Thanks to our exceptionally wide range of press capacities, press forces, and table sizes, including the XL segment, we are able to meet a wide variety of customer requirements.

Optimized processes through integrated SQM

In addition to our manufacturing approach, we offer our customers comprehensive Supplier Quality Management (SQM), which covers all operating resources and supplier support. We reliably contribute our expertise as early as the tool development process and ensure the highest standards along the entire value chain with this integrated quality management. In this way, we optimize production processes right from the start and strengthen cooperation with our partners.

In the traditional sheet metal forming industry, little has changed in recent decades - but at LÄPPLE AUTOMOTIVE we are constantly working on progress and innovation.

Our team of engineers researches existing processes and develops new ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This repeatedly results in innovative approaches that allow us to think outside the box.

Resource-saving production

In the production of our blanks and pressed parts, we rely on a comprehensive circular economy concept with high standards for resource conservation.

Integrated, precise material separation makes it possible to recycle materials efficiently and reduce waste to a minimum. The separated material is then transported away in an environmentally friendly manner and in closed loops.

This is just one of our initiatives. We are constantly working to optimize our processes in terms of resource and energy use.
