Quality begins before the first component

In advance quality planning, we lay the foundations for stable processes and flawless products - long before series production starts. Together with engineering, production and suppliers, we define quality-relevant features, identify potential risks and develop preventative measures.

By integrating various methods such as FMEA and Control Plan at an early stage in the sampling process, we create transparency and ensure that every component is convincing at the start of series production - technically, economically and in the interests of our customers.

In this way, quality can be planned - and is not left to chance.

Safety at every stage of production

Our quality assurance accompanies the entire manufacturing process - from the first coil inspection to the end-of-line inspection of the end products. We test mechanically, visually and digitally - systematically and with repeat accuracy.

After joining, precision down to the millimeter is essential: Using gauges, tactile and optical measuring systems, we record geometries, dimensions, and positional relationships. The results are systematically documented – ensuring maximum fitting accuracy in the subsequent vehicle assembly.

Whether spot welding, bonding, or riveting – every joint is thoroughly tested. Visual inspections, non-destructive and destructive testing methods, as well as random sample checks ensure that each joining point is permanently durable. This guarantees strength, safety, and longevity.
