Our approach
in three steps

Early feasibility and concept phase

In the concept phase, we support you from the initial idea through to a reliable project decision. Our multidisciplinary team analyzes your component designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Using state-of-the-art FEM simulations (AutoForm), we identify potential weak points, optimize geometries and validate material behaviour in virtual space. At the same time, we are able to produce prototypes and carry out real material tests.

This provides you with a sound basis for decision-making, which you can use to reliably plan the start of your series project or any necessary design adjustments.

Component engineering

As soon as feasibility is assured, we develop your components down to the last detail. In CAD method planning, we describe each individual forming step and simulate springback behavior and tool wear. Our capacity analysis on the LÄPPLE presses guarantees smooth integration into your production chain. Dimensional and tolerance tests ensure that quality and repeatability meet the highest standards.

If changes are required, we react with agility: short-term design adjustments are immediately incorporated into the simulation and validated again.

Process and system concept

We define a holistic process and system concept for the series production of assemblies. In addition to designing efficient production processes, we develop automation solutions and integrate individual testing procedures to ensure consistent quality.

Our expertise in plant and supplier management enables us to optimize logistics flows, plant structures and supplier networks. Throughout the course of the project, we control your project with a clear project-to-series management approach: milestones, risk analyses and continuous optimization keep schedules and specifications in view at all times.
