As part of a strong group of companies with clear governance, we act on the basis of a long-term code of values. The management is responsible for the strategic direction, while independent committees monitor compliance with objectives, guidelines and legal requirements. This is how we create stability - even in times of change.

Legal compliance is a matter of course for us. Our compliance system includes binding guidelines, regular training and internal control mechanisms. In this way, we ensure that all employees - from production to management - act in accordance with applicable law and our ethical standards.

Risk management with vision

Responsible corporate management must recognize risks at an early stage and actively manage them.

Our integrated risk management system continuously analyzes strategic, operational and regulatory risks - and thus creates the basis for well-founded decisions in a dynamic industry. Our regular risk analyses identify and evaluate risks in production and the supply chain - in order to prevent them in the best-case scenario. We combine qualitative and quantitative methods using AI-supported software (heatmap, alert and peer score). The results flow into strategic decisions.

Data protection

For us, the protection of personal data is more than just a legal obligation - it is an expression of responsibility and appreciation towards all the people with whom we work. We have defined and implemented fundamental measures to achieve this.

The Code of Conduct of the LÄPPLE Group is the guideline for the responsible conduct of all our employees. It combines the LÄPPLE Group's commitment to compliance with the law with our ethical principles, our values and internal regulations. It provides guidance for all challenges in everyday working life and formulates the basic standards that we adhere to in our work. It shows how to deal with possible questions or difficult situations.

It applies to internal dealings with each other as well as to contact with business partners, authorities and the public.

Our common denominator

 

LÄPPLE has to deal with a broad variety of activities. This mission statement describes the common denominator behind all these efforts. It is a promise to all our stakeholders and to ourselves that shows the way we work, where we are heading to and which goal we intend to achieve. Our common actions are therefore guided by our LÄPPLE values and they are the basis for the success of this family enterprise. They provide orientation for us and our actions and are the pillars on which our corporate culture rests. We rely on these principles and trust that our employees respect, use and implement them.
