From trainee to CEO

Oliver Wackenhut, CEO, LÄPPLE Automotive GmbH

Oliver Wackenhut has been Managing Director of LÄPPLE Automotive GmbH since 2011 - and is a true home-grown member of the company. His career began during his apprenticeship, followed by various positions at LÄPPLE and externally after completing his studies. This biography characterizes his management style: practical, clear and approachable.

With many years of industry experience, a deep understanding of processes and an open ear for employees and customers, he drives the further development of LÄPPLE Automotive - with a focus on quality, efficiency and technological excellence. As a team player with a high regard for the expertise of his employees, he relies on participation, trust and open communication.

The management team at LÄPPLE Automotive combines different perspectives, technical expertise and many years of industry experience. Everyone contributes their individual strengths and skills - whether in the areas of technology, finance, sales, production or international markets.

Together with CEO Oliver Wackenhut, the strategic direction of the company is shaped in this way. Decisions are made in dialog and with the clear goal of making LÄPPLE Automotive fit for the future. Because we are convinced that we are stronger as a team - together we can go further.
